    I am starting CS on Monday. I went to the chemist today and got the starter pack plus a few extra soups and bars. I plan on having allowed fruit as snacks because it is easier at work (maybe some pre weighed bags of nuts?) and then yoghurt or sugar free jelly as a snack in the evening.
    Do I really just need to worry about staying below 10g of carbs per 100g or should I be looking at calories too? I am going to do a food shop at the weekend so I am ready to go!
