I guys well a bit about me I was doing Ww and tbh was having problems with counting points a friend has suggested I do sw and give a real good go at at I weigh 20st possibly more when I get back from hols I am joining with a friend who owns a cafe she also used to be a sw instructor so couldn't wish for better person to do with me I really need to do this and am asking for your help and support as well I will be putting I diary each day as well can I ask wht the weight loss is like xx
