Starting on Monday!

Hi everyone, I will be starting Exante on Monday hopefully if it is delivered early enough! I have always said that I would never do a meal replacement diet but here I am!
I did ww last year and lost 2 stone but have put it all back on again just completely lost motivation and I found it too flexible eating most of my points on junk.
I know I am going to find this hard but looking forward to it though.

Hi Lucyandsandy,
I start tomorrow to. Hoping my pack comes early. I have ordered the hot and hearty bumper pack.
I have previously done slimming world and lost 3 stone then had my son last June and put it all back on.
So did cambridge and lost nearly all of it but now my maternity pay has finished so needed something more cost effective so saw Exante and thought I'd give it a try.
I have a stone to a stone and a half to loss.
Hope we can support each other.
