Attack Starting on Sunday

So I've read the book and gone through the facts on here and have decided to start on Sunday - mainly so I have time to go to the supermarket again once I've worked out exactly how much protein i will eat. Am off to h and b to buy my oatbran today and actually feeling excited! I've over 10lbs to lose so think I'm going to do three days of attack unless anyone thinks I need longer?!? Xx
