Yer, no better advice than to follow the refeed sheet to the letter and you can't go far wrong! :)

Also plan your week ahead. Post up your menus if you like and we'll have a look through them.

awh thats great thanks guys.... day one of refeed didnt go too bady- had fish and side salad and it was tasty, ate a little fast but I didnt feel like I needed anymore!!

All the best with it. I started last week and did ok but I have started to 'food obsess' and not stop when i'm full which is worrying. Did this happen to you before? I'm trying to find the trigger so I can avoid it! Any advice anyone?
