Starting shake that weight today

Today is day one of Shake that weight. I havn't done a VLCD before, well I have tried but never lasted past day 1 to be honest. I am having 3 shakes a day and a meal. I am older and wiser now lol so hopefully I can use this as a tool to get a few stone off quickly, then switch onto something more sustainable long term xx
