So yesterday was good....
I had
All bran n milk for breakfast both My healthy extras
Pasta tuna n a tiny helping of butter
Jacket potato n beans for tea with a dairy lea (light) triangle
N after the concert I ended up havin super noodles :) all in all I counted 5 syns!!
