Starting SW properly.. Lets do this!

Hello everyone!! Starting SW today again from home, started after Xmas but only managed a week due to life getting hectic!

I'm pretty new to SW but not to weight loss, lost 30lb beginning of last year with calorie watching and working out but ended up in hospital with my appendix and didn't get back on track! Only maintained 23lb so I'm ready to kick ass this time round!!!

I have a lot to lose, but hopefully SW will be the one for me, seems you can eat loads of yummy food!!

So this mornings breakfast..

Strawberrys, banana, apple and a low fat tesco yogurt and a cheeky slice of bacon!

Planning to have chicken pasta with a bit of pesto for lunch and same for dinner!

Also managed a quick 25min workout at the gym too this morning! Today's seems like it's going to be a great day!

Yesterday was a okay start...
Had my 5 portions of fruit and dinner was pesto pasta, chicken and bacon (free) and hexa for the cheese :) slightly naughty afterwards as had some pineapple flan with dream topping! Uhohhhh now off to gym... :)
