starting SW today

Hello, as my title says I'm starting SW today.
I don't have a lot to lose but it will make a huge difference to the way I'm feeling especially as my clothes are getting too tight and I want to nip it in the bud.
I would be pleased if I could lose this weight in time for a wedding I'm attending in July.
I thought a diary might help me along so please join me on my journey. I can't guarantee it won't be a bumpy ride!
 
Argh ! Had a rubbish nights sleep and sooo tired . However, having cup of tea in bed before I get ready for work.
Breakfast will be at work during morning.
Banana and raspberries.
Lunch tuna salad with a little balsamic vinegar.
