starting to wish I'd had that casserole...

Just had my week 2 weigh in, with a slightly disappointing loss of 2lbs. Lost 10lbs altogether now though (doesn't sound so bad when you add it up!) But wishing I'd have had some casserole my mum made the other day, wouldn't have made much blummin difference haha! I'm starting to not believe the pharmacies scales though, according to those I'm 13st 1 and according to my scales at home and my boyfriends scales I'm 12st 12... I prefer that reading haha. Oh well, on to week 3 now. Just tried a coconut flapjack to... One word 'YUK!'
 
My weight loss has varied every week and so far whenever I've had a smaller loss I've followed it up with a larger loss the week after. I also only lost 2lbs on my last weigh in so fingers crossed we both have big ones this week! I also weigh myself at home and tend to go more off my scales because I weigh first thing in a morning in the nude. Well done for resisting the casserole, you'll be glad you did in the long run! Good luck for this week.
