Hi I'm giving atkins a try for the first time today. The only diet I've done is Weight Watchers, on and off for years, and I've lost some weight on it before but I can't get into it at the moment. I've only lost 4lb since January. I think I'm just bored of it so a change is needed. I'm very excited about starting atkins and I hope to lose about a stone in the first three weeks, but whatever will be will be! I'd like to be in the healthy BMI range by June (holiday) but I know the losses will slow down after a while. I think the main thing I'll miss is potatoes, I'm not a huge bread, pasta or rice eater. When can I start eating celeriac, during OWL?
