Hi

This is my first VLCD so am feeling a bit nervous! Have had half a strawberry milkshake so far, I wasn't too keen but have put it in the fridge as I don't think being lukewarm helped.

I've got a lot to loose but I really want to loose 2 stone before I go to the USA on 12th Aug. Is this acheivable?

I chose this diet after reading about it on here, I can't imagine what it feels like to loose so much weight!

Hi and good luck! I'm starting tomorrow. Can't wait to taste the shakes! I am going to blend mine with ice cubes to make them super cold :)
