Starting wk 3 - challenging myself!

I lost another 4lbs last week, so I am 3lbs away from a stone off in 3 weeks. I am going to challenge myself to lose 6lbs this week if I can, and that will have equaled my first 3 weeks losses on LL a few years ago. I was a little disappointed at weigh in because I felt like I'd lost more, but I know the inches are coming off - a couple of people who don't know I am dieting commented that I looked like I'd lost weight - good signs.
So far it's going ok. I am going to try and build some more excercise in to my routine this week and see if that will help burn the fat a little faster. I am feeling positive today, so I wanted to post this to look back at later in the week if I feel a bit down.

i love this forum soooo much it really is my life saver at the mo.im just finishing week one and wi is tom so quite excited! im sure thats a realistic loss but dont be too disheartened if its abit less. every pound off is one less pound of fat :) x

Hi Franbella! It really is a great tool for me, especially because I live alone and work from home, so during the day I can browse through the forum if I need a little encouragement.
