Starting WW this week and have IBS - any tips?

hi all

I have IBS but definitely starting WW this week. Anyone out there have any tips how to use pp effectively with this condition [I know different foods aggravate us differently - mine are tea, coffee, fizzy drinks, bread, pasta etc mainly carbs or spicy food:( which I love!]

I'm on my 2nd week and if anything my ibs is better,but I know what my triggers are,and that's things like artificial sweeteners and really greasy food,you'll be fine,:)
