Is anyone absolutely starving at the minute?!, I can't help but feel peckish, I'm not usually this bad but keeping eating nearly all 15 syns on top of big breakfast, lunches & dinners
Think the weather doesn't help, and also, so close to Christmas and New Year, knowing we're going to put on (most likely) you're sort of less enthusiastic
Try saving syns for the evening, and eat loads of free comfort food
Are you eating enough at meal times? You don't need to use syns for snacking, how about a yogurt, fruit couscous, rice pudding with fruit, so many other options
Thanks for the advice! I think also that at the minute I'm waiting on a start date for my new job, so I don't really have a routine and I'm in the house a lot more and probably bored and feel I want to pick
