staying the same weight

Can anyone let me know why i'm staying the same weight?
its not as if i don't need to lose weight because i do but for the last 2 weeks i've stayed the same.. i write everything down.. nothing passes my lips unless its in my diary... I don't have star weeks.. basically i'm a good girl hehhehe..

Have you shown you C the food diary? Are you weighing out health extras? Are you sure your calculating syns correctly? Drinking enough water? Any exercise? Also anything different?? xx

Have you shown you C the food diary? sorry no idea what this means. but i weigh things.. i drink water. infact i do everything as i should... i am disabled so the exercise thing could be it...

Sorry c=consultant are you going to classes or doing it solo?! Either post your food diary on here and were have a look or show the consultant?!
But if your food is 100% the exercise should only boost losses you should be able loose! Xx

Sensible advice there. We may be able to help if you post yr diary. Sometimes these things happen for no apparent reason, this happened to me, then the following week, having done nothing different, I had a whopping 2.5 lbs loss!
