Breakfast..4 quorn sausages, 2 fried eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, tomatoes.

Lunch..cheese salad sandwich.
used 2 slices from 400g loaf, 4 L cow triangles, lots of salad.

Tea..Spag Bol (Quorn Mince)

Snacks..2 bananas, 2 mullers, grapes, 2 pears, 2 finger kit kat.
