Hi all
I'm off for dinner tonight with the OH and when we went to this gastro pub before I had the most amazing steak and ale pie - it was basically a stew with a small puff pastry top. It also came with very chunky chips!!

Any ideas how many syns I should allow for the pie (maybe with or without the pastry - I'm not bothered about it if it's too many). I thought I'd ask for vegetables instead of the chips too (maybe just have a couple of someone elses!!).
One of the other options is :Salmon supreme on a pea & Pancetta ham velouté, peeled new potatoes &
roasted cherry tomatoes. Not sure what a salmon supreme is! Again any ideas on syns please?
