I've not tried this yet but going to try it with a pork tenderloin on the BBQ this weekend. Will let you know how it turns out!
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoons minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
This makes enough marinade for 4 small steaks, but the recipe can easily be doubled. Combine all ingredients into a large ziploc bag or container and add steaks. Marinade for at least 2 hours, up to a maximum of 24 hours.
