Step 2 for a week

Hi
Hope you all had a great Christmas

I have been on Step 1 since the beginning of october and have delayed my add a meal week until next week so it didn't clash with the temptations of Christmas. I really want to enjoy the meals and am planning ahead so I don't get stuck just eating because I have to. I know there are lots of ides out there but what is your favourite step 2 meal?

I only started yesterday, but I'm on Step 2 for the time being.

I kept it simple, with quorn mince, mushrooms, rocket and spring onions with loads of seasoning.

Tomorrow I'll try doing something with some tuna. I actually prefer to keep my meals simple as I don't want to be tempted by the tastes. I'd rather it was functional right now, and may end up having cottage cheese and salad so that I'm not enjoying it too much :)

You have done well with your weight loss so far. Good luck with the rest of it.
