Step challenge

    I am setting my self a challenge an thought that maybe some of you may want to join in aswell.

    All you will need is a pedometer.

    I am challenging myself to achieve maybe 80,000 steps in my first week. But I will see if I want to increase this once I have finished today. I have searched and discovered on average 2,000 steps is 1 mile.

    I will be updating each night!

    Please feel free to add yourself.

    Keighleyjo2010: 80,000: 0 : 80,000 TG.

    Day 1: 80,000: -10,806 : 69,194TG
    Day2: 69,194: -9,997 : 59,197TG
    (don't think this is correct as had pedometer in breast pocket as no trouser pockets)
