Day 1 back on SW after quite some time! LOL but motivated and glad to be back. I love all the new plans as well! Extra easy today, think I have it right! LOL

B: Fruit salad; lemon & passionfruit mullerlight

L: 2 "fried" eggs, sweet potato hashbrowns, beans

D: Roast chicken, rice, carrot & swede mash

Snacks: Toffee hi-fi HE B, skim milk in tea HE A, fruit
E: 45 min walk, varnishing the floor! :cry:
W: 2 litres water and herbal tea

Syns: was having a really good day, and then we went to the pub for a quick one and some friends ended up coming in and 3 1/2's later, I had used my 15 syns up!

Hi All, trying extra easy again today

B: Banana, apple
L: 2 eggs, sw chips, 2 rashers bacon
D: Bolognese, salad

Snacksmullerlight, 2 LC lites 1/2 HE A, skim milk in tea 1/2 HE A, ryvita HE B
E: Cleaning house and moving furniture
W: 1.5 litres & 1 cup herbal tea
Syns: 3 milk bottles 1.5 syns, coconut ring 2 syns, 1 tbsp olive oil 6 syns

Morning all, extra easy once again, will have to weigh myself tomorrow to make sure it's working.

B: 1 egg, 1 rasher bacon, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms in frylight
L: Out for mother's day with MIL so will have to find something at the pub mother's day menu that will cover me, probably a roast of some sort with only a couple of roasties
D: Salmon, wholegrain rice, roast beetroot & carrots

S: mullerlight, banana, grapes
E: not sure yet
W: aiming for 2 litres
HE A: skim milk in tea
HE B: not sure yet

It's confusing the life out of me :D but I seem to have lost 3 lbs so far this week! woohoo! So finger crossed!

LOL...that one I'm ok with! Done it a few odd days in the middle of normal red/green weeks. Seems to be okay.

D: off to a meeting tonight and not home til 10, so will need to find something I can eat from M&S for the ride home I think, maybe salmon flakes and salad with some new potatoes for my HE B

Morning all, lost 4.5 lbs at wi last night, means I will have to be doubly good this week! LOL Doing EE as it seems to work well

B: skinny sf vanilla latte HE A, muesli with raspberries HE B (will syn milk)

MM: Grapes, vanilla muller light, orange

L: Out at the pub so ham and egg, and salad
MA: Banana

D: Coq au vin (5 syns for wine), with roast carrots & beetroot, leek mash

Hi Im new, thinking about joining Sw for the 3rd time!!. Im a dieting disaster really, I can be really good and focused all week then the gremlin in me says "Whe hey its firday, vino and takeaway time and then its down hill from then on ,LOL!! Good to hear of your good and bad days
