Steve the Shrink - Redux (100% SS)

Morning all!

Bad news - I weighed myself this morning fully dressed except for shoes and I'm pretty much where I was when I started the first time round, give or take a couple of pounds.
Good news - I'm doing it. First day back on CWP and I've got everything planned until I see my CDC on Monday.

I know I'll lose a few pounds before Monday but it will be my official starting weight then. After that, Saturday mornings will be my regular WI.

So here I am, started work at 7, a pint of water down so far. Banana shake for breakfast at 8, veg soup for lunch at 12, vanilla shake with coffee when I get home at 4 and chocolate shake around 8. :D

I have the house to myself between 5 and 8 until wifey gets home and I spent most of the time sleeping last time around. This time I have a jazz guitar course to keep me busy, the hours just fly by when I'm practicing.

I have no big plans this time around, I'm just going to take it easy and lose the weight with no expectations. I started running after a couple of months last time which was probably a massive drain on energy and might have helped me fall off the wagon. I'm restarting the non-cardio cycles of P90 with a mate in February to gain a little muscle mass, but the really energetic stuff can wait a while longer...

I'll keep you regularly updated here if you care to look, and I'll be joining in with your progress and diaries.

Well I made it through day 1!

I started with a headache around mid-afternoon and have just had a couple of paracetamol to help.

Off to bed now and looking forward to day 2 tomorrow. 'Night all!

Well done for making it through the first couple of days...having done this before too I think you are better prepared for the pain and suffering and have confidence in the losses!
I will make a mental note to keep up with your journey!

No headache this morning, and a pint of water squared away already plus a cup of tea. :)

Toffee & walnut shake for breakfast at 8 and potato & leek soup for lunch.

Well done, I too have returned being exactly within 3pm of my starting weight last time. Struggling myself but going to follow your diary as motivation.

Hi Stu, always good to hear from another bloke! :D

You'll be fine mate. I can feel in my water that this year's going to be a good one for all of us wanting to lose weight. I just have to remember to follow it all the way through the plans this time and keep it off for good.

We've got similar goal dates so let's keep focussed and get the job done in time! :D
