I was hoping someone might be able to help me. I'm not a big fan of artificial sweeteners and I found an all natural sweetener called stevia (from stevia plant) which is quite popular in America. You need a lot less of it to sweeten food than sugar but it still has a calorie value. It is 6 calories per serving (2.5g). As I am likely only to have it one or two servings at a time, should I syn it and for how much?
