    Thank you!

    :thankyou:

It's way more than I thought as there's only 70 cals in a sachet! Still, I will only be having half of it I guess.

soy sauce is free, dark & light soy mixed with chinese 5 spice, garlic, and chilli gives a lovely free stir fry sauce if you think its not wet enough chuck some water in the wok . I tend to use the ones below with water to make them go further :)

Basic/Non Branded Foods Dressing, Black bean sauce 1 level tbsp

½ Syn on Extra Easy Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn
Basic/Non Branded Foods Dressing, Oyster sauce 1 level tbsp

½ Syn on Extra Easy Original ½ Syn Green ½ Syn
Basic/Non Branded Foods Dressing, Teriyaki sauce 1 level tbsp

1½ Syns on Extra Easy Original 1½ Syns Green 1½ Syns

    TY GG ;-)

I had sweet chilli the other night which was nice, as I dont really like soy sauce

I saw nandos peri peri sauces and thought maybe i would give them a shot but not sure how low in syns they are

I struggle with stir frys so like to have a nice sauce to ensure i eat them lol

Nandos is about 0.5 syns for a level tbsp. At least that's what I was told and what I've been using.
