Hi Does anyone know how many syns are in tesco fresh stir fry sauces especially the curry one?
There are some blue dragon ones I cant find the syn value for either!

I had a really nice stir fry last night, just chicken and one of ready made tesco mushroom stir fry selection - it was actually quicker than having a ready made meal!!!
