I adore stir frys and love stir fry veggies but was wondering if there are any recipies for garlic sauce that would be syn free? xxx

I love stir fry and noodles, I have it every Thursday after weigh in. I don't know about syn free garlic sauce but I use fish sauce and soy sauce and that's syn free! (I think!)
