sorry guys have tried search with no clear answer and my books a bit dated/american.

But you all seem to be wise ones so are you allowed stock, stock cubes on induction?? if so which ones have you found lowest in carbs?

looking for some to make low carb soup next week - my new lunch fav (altho some have said it just looks like baby food i love it!)

thanks

i use Knorr too - you can get them as liquid in squishy packets - the beef one is 0.1 per 100g. Tescos (I live next door to one, that's why I always mention them) has fresh liquid stock too - and I have a feeling they are no carbs?

I get Tesco's free range chicken stock, by the chicken. It's usually 2 for £3 & freezes well. The whole pot is 0.4g

Hi any thoughts on what type of induction soup you'll be making as I'd be keen to make some induction friendly soups too as the weather's got and bit chilly!!

I am an incredibly lazy cook so just tip the whole Knorr liquid stock into a pan, add a few veg, herbs, chillies (Jim and Steve's influence lol) and just heat it up.
