    Hi all,
Just wondering if this is a just me thing or if its common...

I'm on day 13 of SS and have been 100% so far, I have found that today my stomach muscles are killing me! It feels like I've done some ab workout or something but I haven't and can't think of any reason for them to be hurting so much. Anyone else had this or know the reason ?

I commented on a thread like this the other day! I had them around day 5/6 but they seem to have gone away now. No one seemed to shed any light on what there were so I'm still very curious!

I had them too, but no idea what caused them-sorry! At least you know it seems to be normal!

I had them a few days ago, no idea what it was. It appears to be pretty common though!! x

    Diet, what diet?
its normal, its your body going into shock with a diet and not getting the usual rubbish that it would probably have got. It normally doesnt last long. Ive had them too and at first I thought they were gallstones but thank god not
