Hiya, my friend who has been on the ww plan for a while says that her stomach has shrunk, due to the smaller portions she has been eating. I'm looking forward to that day when my stomach shrinks x

I am on the ww diet since August 2009, and I feel my stomach has shrunk a lot. I can't and don't eat as much as I did before the ww diet, sometimes when I make lunch or dinner I do look at the plate and think that it's not going to fill me but half way through it I am full.

It's motivational to think that, even though your first few weeks are difficult and you may feel hungry, eventually your body will get used to your smaller portions and you will most likey find it hard to eat the same portions you did pre-weight watchers.
