Never had that from dieting, only from gallstones. Keep a eye and if it doesn't improve or gets worse then I would see a Dr.

Can't say I've had this but perhaps it's constipation (sorry if this sounds stupid) from a change in your diet Would recommend you pop along to your doctors just to get a check up in case its an underlying issues. xx
