My usually dodgy tummy has been 100% better since being on LT so I'm afraid I can't help.

It could be connected with a cold or bug of some sort though?

I seem to go from one extreme to the other Moll. Could of course be a tummy bug too. Hope it settles really soon and you get back on the shakes.

It could also be down to your body adjusting to the concentrated levels of vitamins and minerals contained in the shakes. I've seen a lot of similar posts on here over the months from people in their first week or so having similar problems. It seems to settle down from what they say.
    Good luck Moll!
