Stood on the scales again....

    I can't help but stand on the scales when I wake up.
    Mondays actual weigh in was 16:13...
    Today... 16:9
    So have lost 9lb :eek:) am well chuffed!! Would prob have taken me 6wks to get that off on WW as I would always cheat!!

    So do I ladies,write it on my little book and get relly work up when I stay the same for two days,but I think it actually help me to keep focus.

    I don't see any harm in weighing yourself every day! I think when I stopped weighing myself is when I took my eye off my goal. Won't be making that mistake again! Congrats on 9lbs - that's fantastic!
