I wanted these last 10-14 days to be really good ones where I would ss with no probs....and I just cant seem to stick to 1 whole day!

    I need a labotomy(sp) !!!
It only for another 7 days..............I need to sort my head out!!!

just needed to come on here and confess and admit I am being defeated by the food!!!!! :sigh:

Oh hun - I do know how you feel - it's horrid when the carb monster gets you in her evil grip!!

I can only suggest that you keep yourself as busy as possible for the next few nights - do anything to stop you from raiding the fridge! You want to feel proud like a princess on your special day and it will help if you have lost just a few more lbs, won't it?

    Stay strong, hun!

Sit yourself down and have a serious talk with yourself - 9 days till you walk down the aisle .. make it a happy journey ... just 9 measly days ... struggle on .. you CAN do it!! You know you can!! Tell that CB to go and stuff it!!

If you cant get back to ss why not try 790 and that way you are controlling what food you are eating, there should be too much difference than ss and you will still loose a few more lbs.

You can do this, picture you in that beautiful dress

9 days will make a difference if your SSing as your eyes will sparkle and your skin will be clear and you will have less fluid retention.

You will be feeling more energetic and You won't have the carb hang over which leaves us feeling sluggish and out of sorts.

Dr. Phil suggests that in order to eliminate one habitual behaviour, you must replace it with a new behaviour that is incompatible with the one you want to eliminate: the old, bad one will gradually lose its grip over you, since the two habits cannot co-exist.

"For example, it is virtually impossible to eat leftover cheesecake if you decide to take a shower instead. Taking a shower is incompatible with eating cheesecake. By the time you finish your shower and have gotten dressed, the desire to eat cheesecake has disappeared."

Trying this out myself and finding it does work.

 Oh pleeease stay strong, take it from one who knows.

I got married August last year and I was the fattest I have ever been in my life!

It makes a huge difference on the day, the way you feel on the inside. If you lose your grip now trust me you WILL regret it on the day. Please I beg you don't do this to yourself!

Keep strong, and stick to it and the worst thing that will happen is that you feel a bit deprived for the next few days!

CHEAT and the worst thing that can happen is that your dress becomes too tight and is uncomfortable, you have bulges where there should be none and you are upset and angry with yourself for being silly.

What ever it is you want now tell yourself you can have it when you get married, or on your honeymoon! But NOT before you WILL regret it!

    Hiya Babe, :D

Come on girl, its only 9 days, it will fly over, you have done this before & the reason you started back on CD is for your wedding & its nearly here so if that doesnt give you a kick up the arse nothing will.

Why dont u try 790 you will still lose weight but at least you can have some food.

Just think 9 more days, thats all, after its all over you can relax & enjoy yourself but I know you want to look your best for the big day so I am sure sticking to it & being a few pounds lighter will make you look & feel fantastic,

Imagine all the gasps as everyone sees you in your dress.

A few pounds will make that bit of a difference, come on chick.
WE BOTH KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS.

Stop listening to your CB & picture you on your big day.

:wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:

    Big Hugs.
