I found a gorgeous receipe that was out this world,

Left over beef (good Monday dish)
5 potatoes
2 onions
Fry light
Mixed herbs
2 x Oxo cubes

Fry light the onions for a couple of minutes, then add the beef and sliced potatoes with approx two mugs of oxo.
May need to add a little water towards the end
Simmer for 50 mins serve with veg
