well, well, well... that's another 2lb.. "3rd week on the trot" (text book)
strange really as this week has been by far my best! ..really disciplined and heaps of exercise! (must be the bulging muscles) lol lol lol
but to be really gross ive not been to the loo in days, so that must account for half a stone! lol .. tonight im thinking is a senna night!.. oh id love to be regular!! yes bunny hops im drinking plenty! lol x

lol!!!... oh the cheek lol!... but I'll say it anyway, are you drinking enough :p

Seriously though, are you having enough fibre, weetabix, branflakes etc? It's better you get rid of the backlog really, as you'll only add to the bulk it you try food to flush it out, water, water, water and pop some senna or gross orange jel urgh!

2lb is great though, you could be settling down a bit now so maybe losses of 2-3lb a week, which is great :D

And you men loose quicker than us girlies.. gits ;) xx

god knows whats happening regarding the butt department! i have bran flakes every morning, even spent a week swallowing that "fibergel" gopping stuff every morning!!. ... but just a few toots!..
baby,, us men loose weight quicker because we do more heavy stuff! when was the last time i saw my boney wife lugging the mower round the garden!! "never"... coughs... think ill run for the hills after that statement!!!! :eek: sorry ladies i were only joking :p

Maybe you could do with adding a bit more fruit, or have a few bran flakes for supper..you could try some psyllium husks, they're good.

You can get them in non capsule form too, which you can add your breakie :)

You wanna get your running shoes on sam! :p anyway us girls have to allow for ours brains being a lot more bigger and advanced then you men, they obviously weigh more :Na_Na_Na_Na:

but i second Psyllium Husks , best is to put a spoonful in luke warm water n drink before going to bed n after waking up
wont make wonders like dulcolex but thts most natural way to top up ur fibre

Well done on the loss & good to know there should be another one next week (providing you've pooed!). I've stayed regular so far and am exceeding the dietary fibre target on MFP every day which I think helps. I can't remember if you're food-logging.

Please note I do all our mowing c. 2 acres worth!

lol! I do my own mowing too... my mum has has a huge garden, like a football pitch at the back and she lugs her heavy flymo and vac up and down that twice a week when the grass is growing well lol!

I have been trying aloe Vera juice 25ml 2x day it has helped heaps with not going to the loo been taking it for 4 days now.. Is great!!!
