strange pains

Hi everyone

I have been having really strong pains in my neck and shoulders i asked the pharmacy they didnt know what it was. However they did say i was strong in ketosis and i need to drink more the ketosis stick was dark red is this not a good thing being strong in ketosis?im working on the water situation. Anyone else having these pains im day 6 and never had these pains before. Hows everyone else getting on x

From my experience these sound alot like gas bubble pains, especially because you say they're in your neck and shoulders. Believe it or not this is a really common area for it. When i get full or bloated, i get a stich in my left side and pains in my neck. Could be your getting the same thing? Id say if it continues though definatly go see your GP to be on the safe side.

Thanks xx its like muscle and joint pain im very sore going to call gp tomorrow even holding my phone the muscles in my arm start to ache x
