    hi guys,

    Can anyone advise on the following. All comments welcome.

    I started new life style at 12st.8lbs. I have lost :-

    Wk 1 2lb - 12st.6lbs
    Wk 2 2lb - 12st.4lbs
    Wk 3 10lb agained now 13st.

    I had a doctors appointment 3 days ago, was weighed and weight showed 12st. I weigh myself once a week on sat am.

    I was very suprised and now upset about this weight gain.

    I have changed battery and re-calibrated scales with a bumbell, of 3kg. Scales working correctly.

    Total confused, not due on period no water retention.

    Does any one have answers?

    :confused::confused:

    I don't think so i walk my dogs over an hour everyday and speed walk and i'm still losing weight, you have to work out with heavy weights to gain muscle. Silly question you did use the same scales, as all scales will be different. Also can you rule out pregnancy.
    I would persist with it over next few weeks sometimes it takes body to adjust and its not uncommon to gain weight, you will lose it if you stick to it.
