    I haven't quite got the hang of this points malarky yet, so please yell if you see any errors!

    Breakfast:
    Plain, fat-free yoghurt (2)
    Blueberrys (0)

    Snack:
    Raspberry muffin (13)
    Cheese & Onion Crisps (4)

    Lunch:
    2 egg omelette with pepper & mushroom (5)
    2 slices of garlic bread (4)
    Mango sorbet (3)

    Dinner:
    WW Caramelised Onion Pizza (11)

    daily used - 29/29
    weekly used - 13/49

    I decided to just eat what I would normally eat, and see how many points that would come to (as today is my first day on the diet).
