Stretch mark and dieting skincare

Hey Exante lovelies,

Currently for my tum and arms (bizarrely my arms have the stretch marks not the tum) I'm alternating between Bio oil and Cussons Mum & Me Bump Stretch Mark Cream - now the latter I invested in last week mainly because I read it was good for my psoriasis plagued elbows, also helped that my Sainsburys had it on sale at £2.50 instead of the £9 something, but used it for its purpose too and I think it's actually improved the feel of my skin.

Any one else have any skin care products they swear by during VLCD times?

xx

Hi Fayfe, Elemis Japanese Camellia oil is fantastic for skin elasticity and stretch marks, I swear by it. But keep in mind if the stretch marks are white/silvery nothing will get rid of them, the only thing that can reduce them is dermaroller, but even that's not 100%. If they are pink/red they still have a blood supply and can knit back together, I have a few on my tummy and I found that oil really worked its magic while my waist was shrinking xxx

Sorry that's the skin specialist coming out while taking about a product. But still yes Elemis Japanese camellia oil! Best around xx
