Strong White bread flour as a HEB

Hiya

Can you use Strong white bread flour as a HEB?? If so, how many grams can you use ..... or the syn value??

I will be making pizza using 300g of strong white bread flour for 4 people.

It has to be wholemeal, then you would be able to use 75g as a HEXB - there is a thread on here about tesco wholemeal bread mix....
You will need to syn the flour, sorry.

4.5 syns per 25g so your 300g would be 54 syns sorry

Thank you ..... works out at 13.5 syns per person. Hmm, might have to save syns for a day or so
