Ok, I done the CD last year and lost a little weight for a girlie holiday, it stayed off for a while but due to stress some of it has gone back on!! Problem is I seem to be struggling for motivation which is ridiculous as we have a family holiday booked for late July.
I am going to re-start tomorrow and have got to get motivated!!! Any ideas??
I NEED TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT!!!!
My goals:
1- get through week 1 and get to 10st
2 -Week 2-4 get to 9 st 6
3 - Week 5-8 get to 9st
