Struggling with the water... but feel fine.

    Hello everyone,
    I'm struggling with the water... but feel fine....
    I probably manage min of 1.5L a day - sometimes do manage 3L (but only about 2 or 3 times a week).
    If I feel ok, is this such a big issue?

    Is it because you are used to drinking something else? I've just bught the water flavourings, and the summer berry one is lovely, it's going to make water so much better to drink!

    i make the jelly with the sunshine orange flavouring and it is delicioussssssssss.
    has the added benefit of giving me an extra half a litre of water but the added gift that i EAT it.
    love it love it love it.

    How do you make jelly with the Mix a Mousse?
    Very excited now!! Please tell me... this could be the answer for me!

    CD sole source
    to make the jelly u use half a litre of cold water, 1 teaspoon of fruit flavouring, a drop of food colouring (optional) and 1 and a half scoops of mix a mousse.
    blend together and pour into a trifle dish/jelly mould.
    allow to set in the fridge for 2-3hours until it sets........ and ENJOY.
