struggling with with weight loss

Not sure whats happening at the moment have a weight loss one week then next two weeks have a gain. been happening for a while now don't know where I am going wrong. Was relly good this week and still gained a pound. Always when I get close to my stone award I see to have a gain. Only thing I can think of is when i do lots of green days I gain.

Can anyone help?

I only ever do green days and at the moment I am losing every week. Perhaps you could post some food diaries for us to have a look at? Also are you varying the amount of water you are drinking/exercise you are doing etc? Are they different each week?

I haven't been exercising as much recently but plan to up exercise this week. I've increased my fluid intake this week maybe need to vary what i drink. Thanks for the advice.

that is exactly like me, I am doing extra easy and if you look at my signature i stuck to it 100% for my 4 week challenge and gained once and maintained another it is so annoying :(

Not enough superfree? Post a food diary so we can have a look. How much have you got to lose - ie are you near target or no?

I was having the same problem so i decided to make a few changes. I have been doing EE so I decided to try a week of green and lots and lots of water. I also included some exercise and last week I lost 3lbs which was good coz before I was averaging 1lb a week. I find EE hard coz I never know if I am eating enough superfree. Good luck xx.

Are you still weighin and measuring your hex's as when I was gaining it was because I was just pouring my milk and guessing thinking I knew the amount!

i've been weighing cereal guess I should measure milk too
