stuck and feeling despondant

    hey all , im on week 11 and ive been sticking with the plan yet the last 2 weeks ive only lost 3.4lb overall . feel so crap about it, but more than anything ive no idea why ive got stuck like this anyone got any idea why this might have happened or what I might try to kick start my body into fat burning again ? any thoughts appreciated x

    Hi hun, I'm on my phone so can't see your stats but was wondering how close you are to goal/healthy bmi as our bodies do slow down to a snail pace when there's less to lose.
    But as we know with this diet it can be anything - stress, hormones, not enough water ...
    Sometimes adding in a little food and going slightly over on the calories can give our bodies a much needed kick up the ...!
    Stick with it though as once your body realises that you will win this battle then it'll start giving up the fat again!

    Hi Sammy . I'm still almost 3 stone from goal so it's not that . Trying a higher cal day today see what occurs :)
