need a kick up the bum hence why i've joined this forum

on the ww points diet doing it from home as my schedule doesn't allow me to attend regular meetings, done really well so far but i'm stuck

i haven;t been writing it down anymore just watching what i eat but i haven't gained anything and i haven't lost either.

need to lose 13 more lbs in tme for xmas and hoping i can do it.

just need some support

totty and me are in similar boats. we want to get to as close to 11 stone by xmas. you can find us in the weekly weigh - ins. we have around a stone each to go - approx.
you might get some support from us there.
are you just dieting or exercising too?

i am dieting at the mo but being a childminder i run after the kids alot and sometimes i just can't be bothered to exercise. my movely husband got me a wii fit but haven't used it in weeks except for weighing myself

i know what you mean about the exercise. unfortunately i have stopped exercising about 5 weeks ago and i dont feel as toned anymore BUT you should still be able to lose, just with the points.
How many points are you on at the moment. I have decided that I should count points this week or try at least as it should get me focused again. well done on losing so much so far. can i ask what height you are? you might want to set up a ticker to motivate you too.

hey - well done you!!! it sounds like i need a kick up the bum and not you!!! i started the core plan yesterday. decided sod the counting points, lets try this one so that i can actually eat more. whether i last on it more than 2 days is another story, but lets see.

i know what you mean though i'm sick of counting points lol

will continue to do so until i've lost my 9 lbs x x x

You can do it, just stay focused! Also I when I did WW before, I found myself getting way off track when I didn't write everything down as its so easy to forget things or underestimate point values. My only advice is trying writing it down again and if you feel you're getting stuck, ask yourself why you're doing this and think about how good you're gonna feel when you get those last few lbs off for christmas!
