    Hi guys it's my first time doing this diet and I'm on day 1... any tips or support is so much appreciated. ... I want to lose my baby weight and get down to 11st. So 3& 1/2 st.. thank you :):):) xxx

    The 1st 5 days aren't easy but i got through it by just occupying myself, nice bath every evening, read a book, go to bed early etc I found it easier when i was at work. Drink plenty of water and you will see results. I'm on day 9 and 1 stone lost.

    May I just ask how did you lose it quickly? Did you did like a intense workout everyday to speed it up? I would love to know thank you :what::)

    Hi Cheski I just stuck to two cold shakes, one in the morning and one in the evening and one of their bars, toffee nut and raisin at lunchtime. I drank 2-3 litres of water, black coffee, peppermint or green tea. I'm sure i won't lose much on week 2 but hey i'm happy with the stone in 9 days. Just stick to it and it will fall off. I never done any exercise at all.

    That is so impressive. .. very jealous but very happy for you..:) so day 1 so far so good... I've had my vanilla milkshake so far for breakfast, also done half an hour off the wii machine and also 1ltr of water still haven't had my 2nd pack.. don't know what to have tonight. Starting at 14.6st xxx

    You need to up your water intake, 2litres at least. I add a teaspoon of the water flavouring, i had some left from the cambridge diet but i'm sure exante sell it, it just makes the water go down a bit easier.

    The milkshakes I can live on.. I love, but the food im not so sure on its very runny or just very bland but ill get on with lol .. how about you? Xx

    Lool I like toffee nut and raisin bar, the shakes are ok. Tried the mushroom soup and pasta carbonara yesterday won't be having those again I really struggled with the taste.

    Hows it going? I really didn't like any of the meals, i was almost sick trying to swallow them. Tried the breakfast eggs last week and was gagging so its shake and the purple and orange bars for me all the way.

    I tried the red bean chilli yesterday and I was surprised it tasted nice will probably order more of that, will be trying the Shepard's pie tonight

    Hi lovelies how is everyone doing? ... ok so ive officially lost count on what day im ok... but ive tried the pasta..love the curry... runny and the soup.. to thick.. but on the plus side I have had a sneaky peak at the scales I've lost 2lbs . I know its not much but it is a start and I have upped my water intake to 3 ltrs a day :rolleyes:

    Day three nearly over and it's gone well I had my evening meal and actually feel full. Hopefully the next few days will go well
