So!! Totm arrived at 5 am this morning, and have been fine all day, taken my little one swimming, shopping with my mum and having my hair done! At 3 o clock I had used 9 points!
Then I just absolutly went mad!
Two Curley wurlys 2 hot cross buns a kit kat, a frankfurter with primula on it. Bread peanut butter and primula! (can you see a pattern there)
Just totally pigged out on crap!! Put it all on tracker, lucky I had over 40 weeklies left really!!

hi hun its hard work iv been goin 2months lost half stone irst 2 weeks but slowly put it back on hope u weigh in is ok when is it x

Hi, it's tuesday, so at least I have the weekend to grab some activity points! I was hoping to do my stone this week?? Maybe all the sugar will kick my metabolism in ! X

Draw a line under it hon. I'm the same the week before my period is due - I could eat anything in sight! But the other 3 weeks I'm totally fine.

Try the Primula light - its lovely! And cut up some carrots to dip in if the cheese is your weakness. Or even better is extra light phili - barely anything in it at all hon. xxx

i like the extra light philly am scared to buy it though as i dont know the points lol x
You can always ask for points advice in this section hon. :)

50g of extra light phili is 1pp, 75g is 2pp and 100g is 3pp. :)

thank u sneeze but i have no scales is there any other way of measuring like a spoon size or somethin as u can tel am hopeless lol xx

Well normally a table spoon is 30g so think about one and a half for 50g etc. :)

Thanks hun so a spoon and a half 1p wow that's resally good am still learnin on ww thank I made a nive curry 2day with ww sauce 3 pp half jar was suprised how nice it was do u kno tesco slimin struf hgow points on wquite handy as I get mixed up 100 g and per serving loool how are u doing I have binged v bad x

Scales are a must, you may think it looks small but it's amazing how much it can weigh

I kno hun ivc been missin pasta so am defo goin 2 buy some this week iv been terrible was on my p and had a party just carnt stop eatin feel depressed but still do it any 1 else get like this x

I'm so sorry but this just made me laugh so much lol... "I just absolutely went mad" hehe. I completely understand & thats why I find it so funny. :eek: Don't worry though, these things happen - long as we don't completely give up and give in we can draw a line under these things! :D

Its a funny old thing the 'stuffing your face' malarky. A year ago I'd have considered a bag of Haribo, a tube of Pringles and a burger to be stuffing myself. Nowadays I have 2 packs of Snack a Jacks and feel guilty as hell!! :giggle:

I really agree about the scales, they are a must. It is a shock when you see how much 40g of pasta is - I used to eat six times that amount of pasta before WW.

same with rice, and cereal!!

First time I did ww I measured my cereal, and I was depressed for days over how little it was ;( I used to eat at least 4 x that every day... made sense how I managed to get so fat :(

Sugar puffs is good value for points though, get a good bowlful outta 3pp. :)
