Fantastic - that's a great loss. I'm a bit worried about my 4th weigh in on Monday because it's at a new pharmacy, and on my scales at home the loss seems to be slowing down - I've been virtually the same for three days :-(. I know I shouldn't get weighed every day but I just can't help it.

    hey Jon x
you'll be fine hun.have faith that you will defo have lost.
some peoples losses do slow down while others have a blip now and again and continue to lose larger amounts.
like you say though you shouldn't weigh at home.maybe your lbs will vanish on sunday for example.
anyway good luck and keep us posted on how you get on x
