    Can anyone tell me at what step you only have 2shakes?
    And what step is one shake?

    Yup step 3 is 1000cal to include 2cd products, step 5 is 1500cal to include 1cd product. M make sure you get a new book if you're planning on working back up the steps as quite complicated x
